10th April 2026, Mumbai: Ascenta has announced the elevation of A co-founder Adheip Bakshi to the role of Sales Director, reinforcing the company’s focus on structured growth and market expansion.
Bakshi has been closely involved in shaping the company’s sales and marketing approach since its inception. With over a decade of experience in real estate sales and a strong background in operational strategy, he has played a key role in building Ascenta’s channel network and refining its go-to-market frameworks.
The move comes at a time when Ascenta is preparing for its next phase of growth, anchored by its flagship development, Basalt Hills, a 20-acre, low-density private villa estate set within a distinctive basalt hillscape in the evolving Mumbai 3.0 corridor.
