Based on the complaint lodged by the authorized team of Mahindra & Mahindra, the police raided 4 places in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Acting on the orders of Ahmedabad, Deputy Commissioner of Police Shri Shivam Verma, Senior Inspector of Sarkhej Police Station, Shri R.K. Dudia’s team carried out the action. During the raid, parts, filters of Counterfeit Mahindra & Mahindra were seized.
From RK Motors, Abdul Karim Mohammadbhai Chaus, age – 51 years old, the accused has been arrested in connection with the spare parts case of Counterfeit Mahindra & Mahindra. Police have registered a case under FIR No. 11910482050/2025 under Section 63, 51 of the Copyright Act, 1957. The police is further investigating the case.
